A little walk

I love using public transport because I can read while travelling. I love walking just as much because I can think while ‘travelling’. Music in my headphones, I decided to walk home after today’s meeting.

Initially, I wanted to go the usual way, following the bus route. But I knew there must be another way home so I went to my trusty Citymapper app and it did not disappoint me at all! I went through pretty streets with pretty houses AND through the Maryon Wilson Park. And there were animals in the park! Goats, deers, a pig! So awesome!

I have to admit it was a little bit too hot to walk today, but I do not regret it at all. No regrets. Zero. Spending time outside like that was all I needed today.
