A very interesting book!

I think I came across this novel - "I Who Have Never Known Men" by Jacqueline Harpman - in a Reel/TikTok about great audiobooks.

I'm about 1 hour in (out of 7) and it's clearly a beautiful text, the kind that I would love to read as well at some point. Somewhat similar to "A Handmaid's Tale", this is a science fiction novel, post-apocalyptic. Thirty-nine women and a girl are being held prisoner in a cage underground, guarded by men. It's a fascinating story so far, focused on the youngest of them, born in the bunker.

I'm curious where this story will go, so I shall venture for a careful walk in this extremely hot weather.
