Actually writing on my dissertation

So far I did a lot of reading and planning, just writing a few bits & pieces, ideas. But the clock is ticking towards the April deadline, and therefore I started to do some serious writing. I’m a bit more than 500 words into my first 1250/1500 word section.

The more I read and research and talk to people, the more passionate I get about my dissertation. I am aware that in 10.000 words I will only scratch the surface of the relationship between publishing & youth. There is a lot more to look into, uncovering some of the unwritten secrets of the industry.

I might even want to continue adding to my research in the following years. A PhD is still a long time away, but maybe I’ll get to expand this dissertation into one. Or maybe I’ll find something even more interesting and un-researched!
