Almost normality, but still at the window

Life is slowly getting back to normal. Except for some queues from time to time, covering my face on public transport and that the pubs are still closed, people are returning to the routine. The changes, where there are any, are mostly invisibile, inside of people.
We went shopping today for the entire week, as we got used to during the lockdown. This is going to be so useful when uni starts again (we were shopping every 2 days before). We even stopped by at TK Maxx as I’m looking for sandals - no luck, unfortunately.
Now, at home, we just finished eating some salad and I’m sunbathing at the window. This remains my favourite place. It’s almost as comfy as if I were in a hammock in the woods. Maybe I’ll even get a tan this summer. I’ll miss my window when we’ll move out of this place, but there will always be new and interesting places to enjoy a good book or write some thoughts.
