Back to Spring

We had a few non-Spring days here in London. Last week it was snowing, this week there was a lot of rain. But now the weather seems to be returning to normal. Sunny with occasional clouds.

It’s always so lovely to walk around Greenwich and through Greenwich Park (so many puppies!!!!). It is especially lovely when you can take it as a reward for being productive in the morning. Now, back home, I shall continue relaxing and recharging the batteries. After I made and ate an amazing salad with chicken thighs & avocado, my new favourite salad.
