Busy day multitasking at uni

It's funny when a day passes and you don't even know what you've done. All you know is that you did something at every given moment. I do these daily posts as a challenge to be mindful, but sometimes a couple of paragraphs aren't enough to cover a whole day and I can't always pick that one thing to talk about.

Today was one of those days. I was at uni and I'm now on my way home. In the time between classes, I sent some emails, did some work, read a bit, and that's it.

If mindfulness is my... inner reason for doing these posts, my outer reason is to tell people that it's okay to have a normal day. Social media likes extravagance and out-of-the-ordinary-ness. Life isn't like that all the time. Life can be busy without much to report back. Mindfully.
