Dear Mr Easter Bunny,

I am writing in order to thank you for your visit.

We started receiving your gifts. However, we understand that you might be late this year given that your teammates from Amazon are busy delivering essential items to people who really need them immediately.

This Easter is very quiet. Our neighbours from two houses away are having a picnic in their backyard and we can hear some music, along with the crazy bird from another neighbour’s rooftop and sometimes we hear buses or cars.

The weather is beautiful - sunny and warm. We spent some time out in the yard while our pizza was baking and now that we’re done eating we will return. We didn't cook anything special since it would only be wasteful because we can’t share it with any of our friends here.

I can’t wait to see people everywhere again and walk and explore. But I’m patient. It’s better this way. This is why I wanted to ask you, Mr Easter Bunny, to give everyone a little bit of patience so they can get through these times a little easier. Thank you!
