First DEIS UK (not at home) meeting

I’m posting early. This is a full day so I’ll tell you about my morning now and about the rest of the day tomorrow.

Jeanine and I woke up early, had some breakfast, then hurried out of the house to have our first DEIS UK meeting somewhere other than home. We went to ArtFix - a really cute coffee shop here in Woolwich. We sat down for two hours to put together a proper to-do list, look at the paperwork we need to prepare, and wrote to some of the people whose help we need.

It’s not even mid-day and we’ve already accomplished a lot. We’re still completely lost when it comes to paperwork, but (with a little help from our friends) we’ll get through this.
