Heat survival kit

If cold days find me cocooned in a blanket with a hot beverage, hot days find me with ice cream and a can of something cool → in this case, Sanpellegrino, Italian Sparkling Drinks - Limonata. I could say this is my new favourite summer drink.

One thing I love about the UK is how the NHS and the DHSC communicate via social media. I saw a post the other day about coping in the heat and I cannot not share it everywhere. # Say it louder for the people in the back.
