I packed my Books

I packed my books today. And we started packing other things around the room too. The next few weeks will be interesting as we will gradually have less and less things in our room. It will be hard (and at some point impossible) for us to cook here or even get dressed here. Slowly the room will be empty and then we’ll take our computers to the new house and say goodbye to Bexley (but we will definitely return to visit).

Right now we are at that point where the entire room is pretty much a mess. And then after we move the house will be a mess and we won’t find the things we’re looking for, we’ll have to decorate and arrange everything until it feels homely. The good thing about London is that so far it felt homely wherever we went and our house in Woolwich is already welcoming.

It’s also the final countdown until Jeanine arrives and the weather returns to normal. I hope I won’t melt completely until then!
