In my Cousin’s American Shoes

Hi, my name is Casian. I too started my first blog yesterday, The Tales of a Photographer. Today supposedly I am a substitute for my cousin, Bea. Many people might not know that I share a deep passion for photography at the moment. This lockdown has definitely given me a chance to improve my skills by doing research and watching videos.

Where I live, 5th grade is doing "distance learning". We are using Google technology (Google Classroom, Meet, etc.) to always stay in touch with teachers and students. Since we are not going outside much (although I would really love to) my shoes are definitely staying clean. Nah, just kidding. I am still helping my parents inside the house and in my super muddy yard. I spend most of the time though, at my "school" desk, working. I love writing, so anytime my teacher gives me an optional writing assignment, I do it!

Today nothing really exciting happened, so I am staying inside with my family. The weather is windy and it rains, so no going outside. I feel sort of punished because I can not go to parks, and take pictures. This distance learning has some advantages too, like no more bullying and fewer distractions, so I can get my work done faster. So far so good, as long as we are healthy, and we write blogs. Maybe the whole world will one day put themselves in other people's muddy, or clean shoes.
