Long time, no guitar

When I get caught up in everything I’m doing, playing guitar doesn’t have a lot of room left. Unfortunately. It’s often much easier for me to grab a pen and a book, rather than take my guitar out of the case, tune it, find my pick, look up chords etc etc. Today, however, after I wrote a couple of chapters in my novel, I really felt like singing for a while.
There are three things that never cease to amaze me - I can perfectly remember the characters in my novel, I just know how to drive as soon as I get in the car, and I cannot forget how to play the guitar. Maybe that’s why I forget people’s names as soon as I hear them. 😅
It was fun to get my guitar out for a bit. My singing is as rusty as my strings. Here’s Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd for you.
