Magnesium and hydration



When life overwhelms you with stress and anxiety, the first step is to stay hydrated. I'm very glad I made a proper habit out of drinking water. The next step is Magnesium - a trick learnt in the early days of my event organising and youth work journey from Bibi.


Of course, this is not a perfect solution. The only way to fix stress is... well... to fix the cause. So, until the end of next week, we power through it.
