Missed some Rain in London

After a few weeks of sun and very high temperatures, rain has finally decided to visit London once again. Our little back garden has been invaded by snails, slowly crawling back and forth, up and down. As one or two occasionally climb up our glass door, I am reading. Peace and quiet. Tranquillity.

Some of you may find a text about rain sad and depressing, so let me give you some good news. England has finally made the vaccine available for 18+. So, since morning we’ve been looking for the best way to get our first dose. And we found it - we have an appointment for next week, at a centre that’s half an hour’s walk from home. I’m so excited!
