Morning date on the other side of the river

After a few weeks of unpredictable weather, the sun has finally come back since yesterday.

V asked me yesterday what my plans are for this morning and I hadn’t scheduled anything yet so I reserved it for him. We woke up super early, ate, got dressed, and got out. Now, you have to understand that I love mornings, but V is no morning person so I was a little surprised. I had no idea where we were going, but I was more than excited to take a walk in this lovely weather.

We ended up exploring Cyprus (station) and Beckton, a very pretty area that V discovered recently. And, of course, we made a friend - the kitty in the pic was just chilling in V’s shadow.

At 11 am we were already back home. Let the day begin.
