Muddy Shoes waiting to go

All over the room, there are bags and boxes. When are we taking this? When are we taking that? Do we throw this out? Where should we put this in the new house? What do we need to buy tomorrow? Do we have this? Do we have that? What should we pack next? And all the Muddy Shoes are waiting to go.

Tomorrow we are taking the keys to the new house. Then, on Saturday, at 07.15 AM (UK time) Jeanine will finally arrive here. Can’t wait to see her! However, there’s still a lot we need to do in the next few days - move all our stuff, connect the new house to the internet, arrange all our things at the new house - you know, the usual when you move.

At least it’s a little colder. It’s not cold. It’s not raining. It’s not very windy either. But our room is not an oven anymore. Perfect for packing.
