Reading as usual

It’s an autumn-y weekend. I should make myself a cup of tea or a hot chocolate, but I feel a bit lazy right now. You can’t see this, but I am wrapped in my fox blanket. Reading as usual.

The book I’m reading is not as bad as I thought yesterday. So far I don’t think it will be one of my favourites, but I will definitely be able to finish it. It’s enjoyable enough. I like the multiple perspectives and stream of consciousness - my favourite techniques. Reminds me of ‘Mrs Dalloway’ a bit.

I’m still a bit annoyed by the super long chapters, but I noticed that there will be shorter ones further in the book. I want to finish it quickly because the cover of the next book I’ll be reading looks interesting.
