Our favourite charity shop finally reopened! Yesterday both Jeanine and I wanted to work on assignments for uni, but today was the day we went to visit British Heart Foundation once again.
I missed being surrounded by books I don’t (yet) own and J couldn’t wait to get more records for the pick-up we got her for Christmas. We were not disappointed. J got three records and I got two books that I’m very excited to read.
One of the books is ‘Temptation’ written by a Hungarian author, János Székely. My surname is Hungarian (and it means scholar or someone who has books) and part of my family also has Hungarian origins, so I thought it would be fun to read more international literature. The other one is ‘Dreamcatcher’ by Stephen King. I can’t say no to a very cheap Stephen King novel.
Just one question - if you read ‘Dreamcatcher’ - how did you find it? I’m just curious. No spoilers, please.
