Shopping?

If I may ask, who bought all the salt...and chicken and eggs and onions and everything else in the supermarket?

I heard at least three times an announcement asking people to please stop buying in bulk. You are not allowed to buy more than two packs of toilet paper and there are other similar restrictions. An old lady said ‘I don’t get who’s buying so much, but it’s simply selfish’ and I can't agree more. Indeed, we are not living the happiest days of our lives right now, but we need to stop and think about other people around us. Some people cannot stockpile for months simply because they do not have enough space for so much food - including me.

Also, I’m not sure if people are aware, but we are wasting so much… Eggs, chicken, milk, fruits, vegetables are perishable, they will expire and we won’t have any option other than throwing them out. Really not okay, fellow-humans. It’s time we learned empathy and caring for people next to us. If not now, then when? It already is kind of late...
