Sweets and Sunshine

I love starting my week on Tuesdays. It turns Mondays into extra weekend days while somehow convincing you to be productive. And so you start a new week satisfied that you’ve accomplished something.

Then, people are usually stressed on Mondays. Probably a bunch of tasks they postponed over the weekend are waiting for them at the office. I don’t know, I never disliked Mondays too much. Anyway, on Tuesdays, all their problems seem to have disappeared. Calm is in the air, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping. You know.

Also, because I am back home by 12 o’clock I feel as if Tuesdays are two days in one day. On my way home, I stopped at the bakery to get some bread and couldn’t resist these good looking sweets. Here I am, starting the second part of my day with some sweets and sunshine.
