Tasty drinks and great friends make the world turn. I’m sure there is some quote somewhere on the internet saying basically the same thing.

Friendship is even stronger when you need to travel for at least one hour to meet with someone. The time spent on the road makes you appreciate the time with friends even more and it encourages you to be present. Then, on the way home, you have enough time to reflect on your day. I believe that travelling through London and generally big cities should be regarded as a mindfulness practice.
