The Muddy Shoes and the Window

I like both rain and sun. One is for reading inside, the other is for reading outside. One is for looking at nature, the other is for looking at people. Both of them are for writing.

I found this sunny corner at my uni’s library and it’s my new favourite place. I see people passing, cars, some flowers, some bikes. It’s relaxing and inspiring. Who are they? Where are they going? I could sit here and write short stories about everyone. I might do that one day.
As a writer, all I need is one window facing the street and some tea or coffee from time to time. On sunny days I would look at everyone passing and turn them into characters and then on rainy days I would think about them and remember that sunny day.
