The shoes of a COVID-proof mother

Yesterday was an awesome day. Mami got her second dose of the COVID vaccine! Her body is now working hard to develop antibodies and in 10 days she’ll be COVID-proof. My grandpa is also 10 days away from safety and Tati is also going to get the second shot soon enough.

I’m super happy for them all and I really can’t wait to just receive that letter from the GP telling us that we can get the vaccine. Every vaccine takes us one step closer to normality. I can’t wait to see my parents again (whether I go home or they visit me here). It’s been more than one year since I’ve seen them nor my friends nor my grandparents nor other members of the family.

Mami had no side effects except for a sore arm and a little fatigue, but both passed after the day of the vaccine. She had the Pfizer shot. And I don’t know what else to tell you about this so feel free to message me if you have any questions.
