I was a tour guide today. Why? Well, the other 3 pairs of shoes that you can see in the picture belong to the Carpov family - an awesome family from my hometown, Baia Mare. They’re here for a Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert.

They arrived in London early in the morning so I met up with them at St Pancras. After a quick photo stop at Platform 9 ¾, I took them to Green Park - Buckingham Palace - St James Park. We actually got there just in time to see the change of guards. After that, we went to see Big Ben and Westminster Abbey via the New Scotland Yard and then walking by the London Eye, we got to Waterloo station.

Honestly, this was really fun. I find it fascinating that I pretty much know how to get everywhere without having to constantly check Citymapper (I still check it, just in case, but still). In 2019 I thought this was impossible.
