Time for my autumn cold

Yesterday morning I started sneezing. I thought it was just another random allergy day and I will be okay soon. But when my sneezing didn’t stop and then my throat started aching, I knew it was one of my annual colds. I ditched the spring one by staying inside, I couldn’t have ditched this one too.

My first thought was to check if any of my symptoms have anything to do with the scary covid - I don’t have a fever, I don’t have a continuous cough, food tastes the same and lavender smells the same. Instead, I sneeze and I have a sore throat - a typical Bea cold.

Of course, I tried to go about my day as usual, but the two guardians at my door didn’t let me get out of bed unless I wanted to eat or go to the bathroom. So boring. As I barely slept last night I couldn’t really focus on reading or writing anything today. I simply laid in bed. I hate being cold!
