V - productive; Bea - in the house

Today’s productivity star was V. While I was in all sorts of meetings, he went out for our weekly shopping. I have to tell you, I’m a bit jealous he got out and I stayed inside, but there were days when I went out and he didn’t, so it’s only fair.

To be honest, he usually is the truly productive one. While I write, and read, and go to meetings, he’s the one to clean the entire room. I’m also a disaster when it comes to cleaning - I sometimes manage to make things messier rather than cleaner - so it’s for the greater good.

However, we did the cooking together - Penne Bolognese (pasta with minced beef and tomato sauce, plus some cheddar cheese). The result was (and still is) great. The only problem is that the final quantity included Jeanine who’s not here yet so now we have a lot of pasta to eat. I don’t mind eating more pasta, but I do mind not sharing their amazing taste with more people.
