Visiting some feathered friends

I occasionally pass through Blackheath, when I have to go to Lewisham. It’s such a pretty village with so many old buildings, indie shops, and this little pond with ducks and swans and the usual pigeons. I would love to know more about the history of this lovely place.

Today V and I decided to take a walk there. Just to relax a little bit. The weather is just a little less than ideal - it’s quite windy and a bit cold - but it was really nice. A swan growled at me when I was trying to take a pic of them. Scary!
