What am I doing?

I think this is officially my most ambitious project for uni so far and I have just reached the point where I don’t even know what I am doing anymore. I decided to write a 3000-word essay about Octavia Butler’s ‘Dawn’ - which is a sci-fi novel with aliens - in the style of Virginia Woolf.

Today I wrote almost half of it and sent it further for feedback. To be honest, I don’t even know what I’ve done. I just tried to put myself into Woolf’s shoes (see what I did there?) and write. I probably succeeded because her style is very similar to my natural style, but I am totally exhausted.

Over the weekend, after I’ve received my feedback and suggestions, I will try to finish this monstrous project. I could say that I would never do this again, but even I don’t believe myself.
